“Unknown Masterpieces of the Bucharest Pinacotheca”

The Cesianu-Racoviţă Palace, the new headquarters of the Art Society Cultural Center, is opening its gates to all art lovers. The Bucharest Pinacotheca has already “visited “ Art Society twice, beginning in 2009. And now the Pinacotheca, a museum without a museum building for almost 30 years, is opening a new exhibition at the Art Society Cultural Center. The current exhibition contains “Unknown Masterpieces of the Bucharest Pinacotheca”, over 50 works of art signed by the great names of Romanian art history, from Iosif Iser to Marcel Iancu (Marcel Janco). All these works of art, unjustly imprisoned in storage houses, now see the light of day again, in a space befitting their extraordinary value, all this thanks to the great friendship between the Pinacotheca and the Art Society Cultural Center.
