Visit the permanent exhibitions: “The heritage of Caransebeş Museum” (ground floor) is divided into two sections, one presenting jewelry treasures from city’s medieval church and another a statue depicting Empress Sissi.

“Enigma and truth” (first floor) highlights objects from the Neolithic and Bronze Age periods. Permanent ethnographic exhibition (the patio) is represented by a traditional house built around 1900, which belonged to a forester of the Bistra Valley, at Marga village.

A temporary exhibition of secular and classical art pieces will be opened on this occasion.

10.00 am - the inauguration of the Tibiscum archaeological complex; a centurion and a Roman soldier will enliven the atmosphere. 10.00 – Roman Soldiers Parade 10.00 - Tibiscum – Jupa, Craftsmen’s Fair
