This year the theme for the Night of the Museums at the NMAR is the “significant detail”. Visitors will have the chance to discover in the museum’s galleries as well as in the museum courtyard that art is in the details.

Viennese café in the courtyard in collaboration with Vienna Tourist Board

Students from the National University of Art (UNA) are invited to interpret the details in their own manner, their artworks will be later on exhibited on the exterior museum fence and will act as a teaser for what is happening inside the museum.
