Free access for visitors in the exhibitions of Golesti Museum: The Old School, Radu Golescu’s Hospital, The History Department, Goleşti Mansion, The Ethnography Department and the Open-air Ethnographic Museum; Guidance assured by high school students from Argeş, dressed in epoch costumes; The varnishing of the temporary exhibition „Toys from other times”, realized in collaboration with the Romanian National History Museum; „The story of an object – the pot with horses from Drăgăşani-Vâlcea”- part of the Museum’s patrimony; 12:00 a.m. – 02:00 p.m. - „ Dancing steps”: introduction to medieval dances. Coordinator: Ramona Titov; 2:00 p.m. – 04:00 p.m.  - „Traditional decorative motifs in the technique of mosaic”: painting workshop. Coordinator: Malvine Mocenco; 04:00 p.m. – 06:00 p.m. – „The singing and dancing now and back then” – artistic show presented by studentd from The „Dinu Lipatti” High school, Piteşti,  and the Traditional School of  Arts and Crafts, Piteşti; 06:00 p.m.  – 06:30 p.m.  - „And the military fanfare was passing”, concert by the „Argeşul” Fanfare of the County Council of Argeş; 06:30 p.m.  – 07:00 p.m.  - „The spell of classic music” recital by Marta Sandu, soloist at the Romanian Opera from Bucharest; 07:00 p.m.  – Projection of the artistic film, 1998, direction by Radu Mihăileanu, shot at The Goleşti Museum. „The Train of Life” has received 12 awards at various international festivals, among which we may name: The „FIPRESCI” Prize, at Venetia, in 1998, for the best debut movie; „The Audience’s Prize” for international films at Sudance, in 1999; The „David di Donatello” Prize (Italy) for the best foreign movie (1998).
