Museum of History and Archaeology 8 Geneva street, Târgu-Jiu, Gorj County The event will consist in visiting the main exhibition „Reconstructions of the past. The culture and civilization of the current territory of Gorj County from immemorial time until the end of the second millennium.”  The tour will be guided by twelve pupils of the Târgu Jiu National College „Tudor Vladimirescu” coordinated by Elena Roată, teacher. They will present the main exhibition halls, wearing costumes suitable for each room. Visit of the temporary exhibitions:

• painting exhibition by Eugen Tăutu;
• painting exhibition of children with disabilities – Tg-Cărbuneşti;
• mine flower exhibition;
• photography exhibition „Churches with exterior mural painting in Oltenia of the 18th-19th centuries;
• ethnographic exhibition „Needle and thread”; In addition to these exhibitions, Gorj County Museum will also project historical films - „Tudor Vladimirescu” and „Ecaterina Teodoroiu”, photos which portray the interwar Gorj - „People and places from Gorj of yore”. Between the hours of 15.00 and 20.00 the program will be completed by choreographic moments - ballet, ballroom dancing - “Măiastra” organization Constanţa.
