Locomotive „Hofherr Schrantz Wien Budapest”

I am a Locomotive „Hofherr Schrantz Wien Budapest”; a force-producing machine that drives several agricultural machines. After many years of hard work in Transilvania, reaching the age of almost 80, I have become a museum object. Now people look at me with curiosity and admiration. I visit different specialized fairs, organized in the country, where I make practical demonstrations of my work. I have also become a cinema star; I have appeared in movies like „Moromeţii” and „Restul e tăcere” („The Rest is Silence”) with my most beloved friend, the wheat thresher. My identity data are: inventory no. 677; origin – Lunga locality, county of Covasna; produced in Hungary in 1904; maximum power 21 HP; dimensions: L-310 cm, l-150 cm, H-480 cm.
