Since 2007, the event „The European Night of Museums” is celebrated by „Ion Borcea” Natural Science Museum Complex of Bacău every year. In 2014, we organize activities at two of our departments: Natural Sciences Museum and „Victor Anestin” Astronomic Observatory.

9 Park Avenue, Bacău At the Natural Sciences Museum are open for visitors: Permanent exhibitions: „Forests from Romania”, “Protecting the nature”, „Flowers from the depths of the Earth”, and the Museum’s Greenhouse; Temporary exhibitions: „Five senses – one Universe”, „Aloe vera – the miracle plant”. Travelling exhibition: “Nature in metalo-ceramics”

Astronomical Observatory

Trotuș St. No. 8, Bacău At „Victor Anestin” Astronomic Observatory, are open for visitors: Permanent exhibition: „From Earth to the Stars”; Temporary exhibition: „Galaxies” At request and only for groups of more than 10, you can watch Planetarium shows;
